INSTRUCTION FOR COLLECTING INTERNATIONAL CARGO
AT DOWNTOWN WAREHOUSE
I. TIME
1. Working time:
- From Monday to Saturday, except Sunday, National Holiday
and legal-regulated day-off.
- Morning: 07h30 – 11h30. Afernoon: 13h00 – 16h30
2. Time to service special requirement:
2.1 Transport to the downtown warehouse: notice 60 minutes before ETA.
2.2 Transport to the downtown warehouse:
- During the day : notice before 13h30 the same day.
- The next day: notice before 16h30 of the previous day
2.3 Overtime services: to get customs permissions
and send letter in writing to company before 15h30 .

II. DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENT:
1. For personal cargo:
- Valid identification card or passport of the person.
- Other documents relating to the consignment.
2. For company’s cargo/ customers authorised:
- Valid identification card or passport of the person.
- Valid letter of authorisation . In case that a bank is
is the consignee in AWB, the customer must have the bank’s
authorised documents.
- Other documents relating to the consignment.
III. STEP TO COLLECT CARGO: |

A. Aviation procedure: - The customers are pleased to show all relevant documents for checking out goods B.Pay charges: - Please pay relevant charges at Cashier counter after finishing import consignments. C. Custom clearance: - Customers are pleased to contact Customs department for importing cargos
D. Colleting cargo: - Kindly present cargo release sheet, invoice, AWB at warehouse section
